Introductory Session

 

This 45 minute session begins with an introduction to meditation and its benefits. This is followed by light movement and stretching to bring breath and space into stiff, tired muscles. Next, relax and enjoy a rejuvenating 20 minutes guided sound meditation designed to calm the mind and stimulate creativity, clarity and focus.

 

MIND FIT

Six Series

 

Forming and enjoying the impact of a new habit takes time. This six session meditation series is a great way to guide and allow for employees to experience and discuss the benefits of regular meditation practice. Each session introduces and explores new approaches and techniques. The six sessions can be broken up and run weekly, bi weekly or monthly.

 

Moving Through Conflict

 

Conflict is inevitable. When a conflict situation arises, you have different choices in how to respond. Overtime, we strengthen and build comfort with one or two modes. In this workshop you will learn to become more aware of yourself and the choices that allow you to move through conflict to a positive outcome.

 

Sound Meditation - Crystal Singing Bowls

 

Crystal singing bowls are a wonderful and healing enrichment meditation. Their sound brings you into a totally relaxed and meditative state. The notes of the crystal bowls are tuned to specific vibrational frequencies (notes) found within the human body. Thus when the sound moves through the atmosphere and touches us, it causes our cells to move in different directions at a different speed, in rhythm with the sound wave.

 

The Art of Impactful & Authentic Communication

 

Does nervous energy sometimes hold you back from authentically expressing yourself? Could you benefit from fresh tips and techniques to communicate more authentically and effectively in face to face conversations, presentations and job interviews?

The throat chakra is the voice of our body. When it is out of balance or blocked it can affect the health of the other chakras. This workshop is designed for cleansing, clearing and balancing your throat chakra. Followed by the opportunity to learn about as well as create space for one another to practice authentic and impactful expression and receive feedback in an environment of mutual respect. 

Optional: Prepare a 2-3 minute topic in advance. Topic should be inclusive to all peoples.

 

Practical Self Care

 

Being an entrepreneur is a challenge. That inner strength that we call upon to help us maintain our drive, passion and overcome challenges requires nurturing. Daily self care practices are as important as the coffee we drink (or any other essential part of your day!) We should not feel guilty for investing time to care for and nurture the spirit that drives our success.
